We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in fit-out and refurbishment projects across Belfast and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs in a fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities
Full project ownership from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead, manage, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Conduct progress meetings and proactively resolve technical, operational, or commercial challenges.
Drive efficiencies to achieve programme targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
Right to work in Northern Ireland required.
Package
